Three for three: Burgess Rawson Canberra takes out three REIACT Awards, Guy Randell named Commercial Salesperson of the Year for third consecutive year
Guy Randell of Burgess Rawson Canberra has taken out the REIACT’s prestigious Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award for the third consecutive year.
The Burgess Rawson Canberra Managing Director is now a five-time REI Award winner, having won the national REIA Commercial Salesperson of the Year Awards in both 2020 and 2021 in addition to his ACT awards.
Mr Randell also joins Steve Burke (Associate Director, Sales and Leasing) and Kadison News (Senior Property Manager) who have won REIACT Leasing Consultant of the Year and Commercial Property Manager of the Year respectively.
“It is an honour to once again have received the recognition of the Institute, after what has been another difficult year for all agents in the ACT,” said Mr Randell.
“Winning all three awards that we were nominated for speaks not only to our hard work but to the loyalty and dedication of Burgess Rawson’s clients during this time,”
The 27th REIACT Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner was held on Saturday 4 December at Hotel Realm, celebrating the best of Canberra’s real estate professionals.
Mr Burke said the event was a long-awaited opportunity to celebrate with colleagues across the industry.
“It’s very humbling to receive this award alongside the best in the ACT, and fantastic to be out again enjoying Canberra’s world-class hospitality scene,”
Each award nomination is assessed by an independent panel of judges who award nominees based on aspects of their professional practices that exemplify excellence and achievement in their profession.
Burgess Rawson Canberra is now preparing for the 149th National Portfolio Auction event, where over 70 commercial properties will be auctioned across three days in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
