With more than 25 years working across both the public and private sectors, Guy is one of the Australian Capital Territory’s foremost property experts and his extensive experience in commercial sales, leasing and project marketing make him the go-to for vendors and investors alike. However, it’s his active involvement in precinct design, retail profiling, development master planning and occupancy fitouts to ensure they positively influence Canberra’s shape that truly set him apart. Guy is engaged exclusively by developers and property owners to generate the best possible returns on their investments and sets the bar equally high for every member of our Canberra team.
Guy has owned and operated Burgess Rawson Canberra for the last six years, not only achieving outstanding results in the Canberra region and surrounding areas, but also guiding the next generation of real estate agents. Guy holds a Masters of Property from Newcastle University and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Griffith University. Guy sits on the Property Council of Australia – ACT Executive Council and has been the REIACT’s Head of Commercial Real Estate since 2018. Every six weeks, Burgess Rawson holds portfolio auctions across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, engaging investors from all over the world. A recent success rate of 95% shows that Burgess Rawson continues to be a driving force in the real estate industry.
